Invalid Block Management

Here you can specify the algorithm of managing invalid blocks. Clicking the Invalid Block Management menu line opens the pop-up dialog:

Select one of four options:

 

Do Not Use

Ignore information about invalid blocks and do not care of the invalid block management. Writing into invalid blocks is enabled.

Skip IB

Skip invalid blocks

Skip IB with Map in 0-th Block

Skip invalid blocks, put the Invalid block map in the block #0.

RBA (Reserved Block Area)

Use the RBA algorithm
